Dosage

1 liter of BEA Bio Boost per 200 L. You can add the entire contents in a single dose or divide the dose into 2-3 doses spaced a few days apart.

Add the entire contents of the sachet to the aquarium or refugium, including the sediment.

If possible, with the lights off and the skimmer or return pump turned off for about an hour.

    • PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

    IMPORTANT: The formula has been further enhanced to offer an even more complete product! After dosing, the water may temporarily appear white; this is normal and tends to clear on its own within a few hours.

    BEA Bio Boost is a biological concentrate developed to increase the microbial diversity and activity of the marine aquarium, using a selection of different beneficial bacterial consortia alongside benthic and planktonic microfauna.

    The formula is designed to promote the biological colonization of rocks, sand, biomedia, refugiums, and all available surfaces, helping build a more complex, dynamic, and resilient microbial community.

    L’the regular addition of BEA Bio Boost is primarily intended to:

    1) Increase biodiversity and microbial competition within the system.
    2) Promote the breakdown and recycling of organic matter, detritus, and accumulated residues.
    3) Support the biological maturation and stability of rocks, substrates, and filter media.
    4) Counteract conditions that favor the excessive growth of unwanted biofilms, slime, and other microbiological imbalances.
    5) Enrich the system with benthic and planktonic microorganisms that support the food web.

    The bacterial component plays a central role in the decomposition of organic matter, nutrient transformation and recycling, and surface colonization, working in synergy with the microfauna in the formula.

    Our formula is designed to bring the aquarium closer to the biological complexity of tropical seabeds, where a great diversity of microorganisms constantly interact with sediments, rocks, organic matter, and benthic fauna.

    By adding BEA Bio Boost to the system, you introduce a diverse biological community, with particular attention to the microbial component, which can contribute to aquarium stability, increase its resilience, and support the natural processes that transform organic matter over time.

    Bio Boost is extremely versatile: it can be used during startup, for regular maintenance, or during periods when the system needs biological support. It can also be used in synergy with Aequilibrium in protocols designed for more complex situations, such as the presence of dinoflagellates, cyanobacteria, and slime.

    It is the versatile biological product in the BEA range: useful for inoculating, diversifying, repopulating, and supporting the aquarium microbiome throughout every stage of its life.
    The different species of bacteria present work in symbiosis with benthic organisms to support the entire ecosystem.

    • HOW TO USE

    1 liter of BEA BIO BOOST for an aquarium of up to 200 liters.


    Pour the entire contents of the bag into the aquarium or refugium, including the water.

    If possible, add it with the lights off and turn off the skimmer or return pump for about an hour.

    You can add the entire contents in one dose or divide the dosage into 2-3 doses a few days apart.


    No risk in case of overdose.

    • STORAGE 

    The products inside the package are carefully packed and protected for transport, both during cold and hot weather, and are prepared to travel safely for several days.


    The product can be stored in the refrigerator (8°-12°) for at least 90 days. Shake regularly to resuspend the organisms present.
